✿What are the shipping times?✿

Worldwide shipping is available! Please see your tracking code available on dispatch to keep an eye on your order. Please note tracking it not provided for UK orders. Each print is made to order and wrapped with care. Shipping times include the production and dispatch times:

  • U.K: 4-5 business days.
  • United States: 4-10 business days.
  • Europe: 5-7 business days.
  • Australia: 4-10 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 4-10 business days

Shipping times may vary and there are certain circumstances in which delays may occur. Please note, business days exclude weekends, bank holidays public holidays in each country. 

✿Will I have to pay customs fees?✿

Each print is made to order at the closest printing facility to your destination country. These include facilities in the UK, USA, Australia and Europe. Your order will be made at the closest printers to you to help avoid customs fees in most cases. If you are in the UK, USA or Australia you will not have to pay customs fees. However, if you are in the EU or rest of the world you may have to pay fees dependent on your country. 

Please note the customs fees are not in our control and up to the destination country. The customer is responsible for paying any fees. 

✿How do I track my order?✿

You will receive a tracking link upon dispatch, please check your email for the link! If you do not receive a link please get in touch using our contact form. Please note UK shipments do not recieve tracking numbers.

✿Can I change my address if I make a mistake?✿

Every order is sent directly to the printers as soon as you pay for your order. Although we will try our best to amend any address details this must be done before your order is processed and not always possible. 

✿Can I cancel my order?✿

All prints are sent directly to the printers as soon as you pay for your order. Once your order has been processed with the printers we are unable to cancel the order. 

✿Do you provide framing options?✿

We do not currently provide framing options, but we use standardised print sizing to make it super easy to get your prints framed with your local framers!

✿I want to return my order, how do I do this?✿

Although every measure is made to ensure your print arrives safely, we understand that there are rare instances where items may get damaged in transit. If your print arrives damaged please send photos to hello@hannah-michelle.com with your order details and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible! 

At this time we do not accept returns for unwanted items, unless damaged. 

✿Can I add a gift note?✿

As we work with local printers, we don’t have the ability to add custom notes at this time.

Each print is made to order and sent in strong tubes to ensure safe arrival. Print specifications include:

  • Premium heavyweight quality paper
  • 200gsm, museum quality
  • Sustainably sourced paper
  • water based inks
  • designed to last for years without fading
