Shipping

Dependent on your country, shipping can be expensive. The price of shipping is reflective of the price of packaging and the fee my mail carrier charges! I do not make any money from it. Huge companies often have contracts with mail providers to enable heavily discounted postage costs, but this shop is very small (just me) and thats not a possibility at this time, I’m not Amazon!

Shipping rules have changed in the EU. Any orders made within Europe outside of the UK may incur additional fees upon arrival in the destination country. By purchasing from my store, you accept any potential fees and are solely responsible for any import charges. It sucks, I’m sorry! But unfortunately, these charges are out of my control and I do not benefit in any way from them. You can find an estimate for any potential charges here. Each country is different, so please make sure you look this up before purchasing. Should you refuse your parcel, I will deduct any fees I have to pay off your refund upon the order being returned to me.

Please make sure your address is correct when you order, as once shipped I can’t amend it! If you make an order and realise the address is wrong, let me know using the contact form immediately.

Delays

Due to the current global COVID-19 crisis, shipping can take a little longer than usual. If you are purchasing something as a gift, I would recommend ordering in advance! If you have any doubts about timings, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly and I can give you a more accurate estimate based on your location.

Europe: 1-3 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-5 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-5 weeks

UK - 3-5 working days

As much as I would like to bring your order directly to your door, I’m not allowed to. Something about it not being efficient? Regardless, I can’t be held responsible for any delays.

Returns

All sales are final. That means no returns, and no changing your mind :-)

Refunds

I am only small! I can’t accept responsibility for lost shipments. This includes package theft, tracking updates, damages and delays. In the very rare instance that your order has gone missing, drop me a message referencing your order number and I will endeavour to help you any way I can, many countries have a claims system for lost mail.

I highly encourage you to opt for tracked shipment if you want peace of mind when ordering.

Customs

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
