Marsh Mail FAQ

Members who join Marsh Mail can expect to receive mail from me every month! It will include 1x exclusive sticker sheet, 2x bonus die cut stickers and one letter from me (and Marsh!)

Please join by the 1st of every month to receive that month's mail. I will be sending out the mail at the end of the month to allow me time to get the stickers for that month manufactured.

All letters in the mail club are sent via snail mail! This is a traditionally slower form of mail, which is how I can keep the prices more affordable. It can take around 1 week to arrive in the UK and up to 3 weeks for the rest of the world. If it has been 3 weeks and your mail has still not arrived, reach out to me so I know :-)

I will ask you to wait a few weeks longer before sending a replacement, this is just because mail can sometimes get held up for a wide variety of reasons - but will still make it! If the mail still has not arrived 2 weeks after that, I will send you a new letter immediately.

You can cancel any time! I do ask if you could please cancel before the 27th of each month it helps me a lot. I'm usually ordering items a lot in advance!

If you enter any details wrong, reach out to me as soon as possible and I will correct it. However, if you don't let me know and receive a confirmation that I've changed it, I cannot be held responsible for incorrect details.

Everything is sent via Snail Mail, so there should be no customs or tariffs.
